Safe Dot is comprised of three separate components. The Child’s Safe Dot, the Admin’s Intelligence and the Parent’s App.

All three components work together to ensure children take the proper buses to and from school, arriving safely at their destination. The entire process guarantees the security and location of each child through a multi-layered system designed to effectively accompany children throughout school transportation services.
Ease and Peace of Mind
Each child will have their Safe Dot tag fastened to their backpack. As they board their bus, an on-board system will scan their unique Safe Dot and record their presence on the bus. The school’s onsite administration will have access to see which students are on which buses in addition to parents being notified via our app. Parents can adjust the bus number their child will take for different days of the week if necessary knowing that the information will be available immediately to the school admin as well as the bus drivers. If children board the wrong bus that day, a flare will alert the staff with updated information as to which bus the child should be on. This system will give children confidence in their ability to independently get to where they need to go safely, will provide parents and guardians with peace of mind and will provide the school districts with an efficient, reliable and secure way to meet the changing needs of students and their families.
